Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Latafa Store to buy your favorite products and we are happy to serve you.

Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you have purchased, no problem, we at Latafa Store will do our best to make it as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:

1 - The time period for return or exchange is within 3 days of reaching the customer

2 - This policy applies to the product being in the original factory packaging and in the same original condition when purchased.

3 - When returning, all accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging.

4- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item provided that the customer delivers them to Latafa Store within the 7-day exchange period or the customer will receive a full refund

5- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for exchanging or returning products or the order number in Latafa Store.

6 - The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases after deducting the shipping cost for the customer and the value of returning the product to the store

7- If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the shipping policy for the order is issued, the shipping fees will be deducted from the customer

8- If the order is shipped to the customer and the customer does not receive the order, the shipping value will be deducted from the customer

9- When a shipping policy is issued for the order, the return will be on the same shipping company that issued the policy

10- If the product arrives (with a manufacturing defect), the store must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, after which we will not bear any responsibility for the product

Free shipping:

"If shipping is free for the customer upon ordering and the customer wants to return the order or replace the order, the customer bears the shipping company fees of only 25 riyals

Spare parts section:

The full shipping costs will be charged to the customer (57 riyals) because some customers request spare parts in order to test them with carts It is not ours, which imposes additional costs on us, in case they request a return.

Exceptions not covered by the return policy

1- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.

2- The product after installation and use

3- Products with malfunctions or defects resulting from misuse (such as: breakage, scratches, misuse, etc.), and are determined based on the examination of the return employee

4- Not bringing the purchase invoice or order number to the Latafa store

Shipping value upon return or exchange

• The customer bears the shipping company fees of only 25 riyals

• The order is delivered to the headquarters of the shipping company, SMSA or Aramex (if the customer wants to return an order through SMSA or Aramex, the store is contacted and we in turn provide the customer with a shipping policy that the customer prints and sticks on the carton and delivers it to the shipping company)
